Chi O down because of no pledge class and their future is still a little sketch.
Please Kappa hasn't been relevant in years. Daddy's Upper East side money is all that keeps them around but lets face it they are no better than AEPHI, KD, or ZETA...
Some others moved up just because they deserve it when they show out every single pair.
Besides that we needed one more ranking on this site... Might have to do a new one tomorrow!
