Can anyone give a basic rundown of the unhoused fraternities at IU? Which ones seem to have the most potential and/or have the potential of getting a house?

Sammy is obviously a top tier, alpha sig and phi psi have the most potential coming onto campus next year

Pilam has a shot at getting a house next year. They have a small house basically on campus now. AKL is pretty cool but probably not getting a house anytime soon. Pike has a house off campus and probably won’t get one on campus anytime soon because they flex their off campus house too hard.
