Any idea where these guys could be in the next couple years? They began recolonizing this spring. Apparently have an ample alumni and donor network at IU.

Pretty sure they technically own the Phi Sig house, could rise very quickly if they were able to reclaim it

You are correct and once the lease is up with Phi Sig chances are they will not renew the lease and move back into the house they own. There is no reason to rent your house out when you could move back in.

Just the risk everyone runs when they move into a house owned by another greek organization. Eventually they will want their house back.
