They did not take girls during rush. Their nationals pulled them out of formal recruitment because they did something so horrible. Nationals doesn't do this for no reason.

They are currently on IU's Cease and Desist status as the situation is being investigated.

I heard that it had something to do with some other frat that got in trouble and findings from that investigation that uncovered something really bad that XO was hiding from their nationals

XO's nationals would not have pulled them from formal recruitment without something seriously being wrong
