How hard is it to get a bid if you aren't a legacy and you're out of state not knowing anybody in the houses?

Very slim chances, especially spring rush. Most of the guys rushing with you are rushing because they’ve made those connections in the fall. A lot of houses already have a list of guys they want to bid before rush even begins.
