Someone telling the truth. AGD has done informal for the last few years, they have done COB. This is why I don't get all of the "they're so awesome" and the others suck posts.
Alpha Phi has done snap bidding for the year four years, they are not elite as they want people to believe. The are no where near the quality of Pi Phi.

keep a look at their social media's. If your friends or girls on your floor joined some where ask them to keep an ear out for you, especially if they're in the "lower mid tier" those chapter may have an informal but will not advertise it as they want to keep it a secret and you will need an "in".

Giving out snap bids isn't the same as COB (aka informal).
The other thing is that AGD's COB tends to be pretty quiet and you need a solid connection to get in. If OP doesn't have a solid connection, her only real option are the Open COB events, which are all great chapters as well that will afford her opportunities for social stuff as well as a lifetime of sisterhood, leadership, and development as well.
