why do people rank sk so high?

Because that's your opinion. My opinion is that Phi Mu is totally overrated and not better than SK, AGD, and ADPi. Also because if you look at social media SK has a strong social media game and let's face it. A lot of people make up their mind based on social media because they don't actually know people in chapters. SK also is polarizing because they got a lot of unwarranted hate because they were the last chapter to colonize of the newer group, but the first one to get a house. One lease expires and their housing people make sure they get another lease.
Chapters are better at certain things than others. Phi Mu and ADPi have great grades. SK not as strong in grades, but not bottom 5. AGD and SK are more social than Phi Mu and ADPi. Doesn't really make for even comparisons.

You might need a life. You over analyze pledge classes if you KNOW Phi Mu took a GREAT pledge class. No one said a word about their pledge class, but you. Chill girl. Opinions are opinions. We all don't have to agree to get along.
I like both chapters just fine.

These sororities are all a little similar as far as having very strong national organizations but never being the most "popular" sororities at IU. (At some campuses they are very popular.) Despite not being the most sought after, they continue to be competitive to get into and do lots of cuts, with ADPi and Phi Mu being a little more GPA oriented. Phi Mu, AGD, and ADPi all have nice houses at IU that they have had since the 90s or longer. Sigma Kappa has only been back on campus a few years and haven't had a permanent housing situation. Bottom line, it really comes down to personal preference.

Get a life- you seriously have analyzed these sororitys to this level? Go out or something.
Phi Mu IS and always has been better than SK. Phi mu got an amazing pc last year and I am sure will do the same again. Get over yourself and get a life- this is why people don't like sk.
