I heard ksig pledges are negotiating a deal that could make them phi psi if ksig gives phi psi ownership to the ksig house. apparently phi psi’s housing corp is in the business of becoming a real estate mogul with ideas of housing acquisitions such as ksig, a third street house, and one near the performing arts center (can only assume DG). it would be an unprecedented move if this ksig deal follows through
