how likely is it to get a bid after preference?

I went to two houses for preference and loved both. How likely is it that I will end up with a bid from one of them?

Write them both down, definitely get a bid to one of them no matter what

Assuming you put them both down, you should get one of them.

I’m in the same situation. If I have two houses, left does the order I list them make a difference in my chances of getting a bid to at least one? I’d be thrilled with either but do have a pref of one over the other.

Put your favorite house down as number one. If you match their A list, you get a bid. If you're not on their A list, PHA will look at the second chapter, if you're on their A list instead you'll get a bid there. If not on either's A list you could still be quota addition, and will likely end up in one of them.
