what is informal rush like?

Open informal: show up to the house of your choice (Asa, dpe, tpa, sk) hangout for an hour or two hours or whatever it says on their flyer, show up the next day hangout with more people, next is invite round most houses do a pref round for this so it very similar to what happens today, next they’ll email you if you have a bid or not and you show up to bid day with your new sisters!!
Closed informal: the exact same except even the first round is invite only you can’t just show up to any house’s informal process without being invited other than the four houses I listed above which have had open informal every semester since they’ve been on campus so they’re likely to do it again. NO ONE else ever does open informal

So, basically if you drop now and decide to do informal it will likely only be the houses you didn't want now bc you think you're too good for them. Typically, informal is ASA, DPhiE and TPA. Suck it up. If you want to be in a house go to your preferred parties and give those girls a chance. They were willing to give you one when no other chapter did.
