I think the best option is negative Public Relations. Our parents and people many years before us did the exact same stuff, if not worse, but it wasn't an issue then. It wasn't until a few rare stories and bad public release putting a target on greek life that we experienced a decline in the experience. I think the advancement of technology, both social and traditional media, have enabled access to a previously unseen portion of greek life.

Word is that Chi Os troubles are connected to Beta just having half their chapter kicked out. It must be bad....very bad.
