I wanna rush Sammy, pikapps, aepi, and phi delt. What r ur guys opinions on these houses

Pi Kapps and aepi are more party oriented and throw down more, Phi Delt and Sammy are both known for having solid brotherhoods and are known for being good guys, also keep in mind Pi Kapps and Phi Delt bid more kids from the Midwest like Chicago and Indiana whereas aepi and Sammy are bidding lots of kids off the east coast and west coast
