Not necessarily. This rounds cuts can be harsher than the first round and especially for the top houses that get higher return rates. At the end of the day, each house will give out around 55 bids based on the last few years. You could be one of those for this house, someone has to be. There are no real guarantees.

There are strong recruiting chapters in each tier. That just means that they do a good job of inviting back who they know will rank them in their top 16, 9 whatever. For example, AOII is a strong recruiting middle chapter, they have a type they go after and are successful. Theta is too. They look for GPA and involvement. XO and Pi Phi are stronger recruiting top chapters. It's all in the return rates, anyone on a chapter's recruiting team can give you this information.
