Also has a probation problem and retention problems. They put on a great face at recruitment and then girls get in and are like WTF?!?

You can find the grades report on Student Life and Learning site. Those with the best grades are, for the most part, the more academic and involved around campus type houses. Those houses that fall at the bottom of the academic rankings focus more on their parties.
Academic Top:
AOPi, ADPi, Phi Mu, AXiD, Theta
Academic Bottom:
Chi O, Kappa, Pi Phi, APhi, ZTA

Every house has fun, absolutely. But, not every house parties the same way. These "tiers" that are perpetuated by this website are based on partying. PNMs are misguided thinking it means that women in "top tier" chapters are prettier or more fun. It is nothing more than who parties the most as there are beautiful, fun, intelligent women in every house. It is no coincidence that the chapters that party the hardest/most are consistently at the bottom of the academic standings...year after year after year. The "top tier" are your party hard, care less about their grades houses. Your "middle tier" are consistently the ones that do the best academically by balancing fun and classes. That is what the OP is trying to figure out.
