rankings are dumb

rankings are literally the dumbest thing to ever exist because you have the same experience regardless of what “tier” you’re in. If you go through recruitment and pick houses based on rankings you will most likely be extremely unhappy in your house in the long run. Base it off of the conversations you have and the feeling you get at each house not rankings if you really want to go through recruitment the right way.
