frat ranks - top tier swap

I personally think there has been a swap in the top and upper middle tiers, but no one wants to mix it up, so send your rage if you feel otherwise.

Top: Pi Kapps, Beta, Sig Chi, KSig (if still here), AEPi, Phi Sig
Upper Mid: FIJI, ZBT, Phi Delt, Sammy, SAE
Middle: Acacia, Sig Pi, DU, Theta Chi, Sig Ep
Bottom Mid: D Chi, Lambda, Beta Sig, Phi Psi, Alpha Sig
Bottom: Pike, Skulls, rest of the unhoused

Don't take them out, but put them at the end. They had a quad with SigEp right before the break.
