I work closely with the IFC and figured this was the best forum to share this information.
Kappa Sigma is working very closely with SK to finalize the renting of their house. They will be renting it to SK for the upcoming years unless they decide to back out, in which case it will go to another sorority preferably. Fraternities are currently a last resort and are not talked about in this conversation frequently.
