urgent!!!!! d chi new house

Heard from my boy in d chi that their nationals are renting out the kappa sig house and creating 2 chapter houses. They will be known as d chi north (kappa sig house) and d chi south (3rd st). Did they just become cooler than ato? They have to be some of the most innovative guys on this campus.
