I want to say Pike, Pi Lam, or Skulls but I doubt any of them have enough guys to live in/pay for it.. I was surprised Skulls/Pike didn't try to get TKE's house when they got kicked off. Really hate to see another frat get the boot though. When you think Greek life couldn't get any worse, it always does.

Kappa Sig Corp board would be stupid not to offer SK first. They know SK can pay and not damage a house. I would expect an announcement prior to the start of formal recruitment.
