so how good of a house will phi psi be when they get their house back?

depends on the guys. the house won't make them top tier, the guys will. interesting to watch, too early to tell

it’s not too early to tell, it’ll be their first year back on campus. they’re gonna be bottom along w beta sig and alpha sig

With kappa sigma now kicked off I think that it could cause a major shift in tiers, especially for phi psi. They typically had a similar crowd of girls who will now all go to phi psi. Upper house by this time next year

Lmao no. Just no. All the ksig groupies will migrate to phi sig (if they not already there) and sae maybe phi delt. Phi psi is not gonna move up that quick. No cute boys in the house currently. No good pairs. Probs just be above beta sig

I agree, I've been to parties at both kappa sig and phi psi and there are stark similarities between the guys. Phi psi will be the new ksig next year
