There honestly not the best.... they threw good parties back in the day they just have that historically top tier notion to them, once second semester starts expect a change to the tiers lots of bottom houses taking over and lots of top houses falling apart

You're a moron, this doesn't happen. Bottom tiers don't just become top tiers all of the sudden. The tiers stay the same and only change when frats get kicked off. You're clearly a bottom tier frat that's salty about the system.
