Yes! They can. If they know who you are because you made a fool out of yourself, or because you hooked up with someone's BF, yes.

Will a freshman get blacklisted for simply walking into a party they’ve been invited to or are out at are bar? No. Will a freshman get blacklisted for making a public mess of herself, repeatedly going to pairs uninvited, talking to a girls boyfriend, being a sloppy mess on social media, etc. ? Very possibly.

FRESHMAN SHOULD AVOID PARTIES COMPLETELY THEY WILL ONLY MAKE YOU LOOK BAD AND THE BOYS WILL TELL ALL THE GIRLS YOU CAME AND BLACKLIST YOU STAY AWAY
