unhoused frats

Just out of curiosity, how would you rank the unhoused frats? Who do you think is more top and bottom tier?

yo so based on pairs, Sammy is top. They pair with aphi and zeta pretty often. Besides Sammy, they’re all pretty much bottom tier. Within those houses from top to bottom I’d say they’re Pike, Skulls, Pilam, Alpha Sig(just got the TKE house), Delta Sig

Phi Psi Pilam
Delta Sig AKL Alpha Sig (just got the teke house so they’ll probably move up quickly)

Sammy is well ahead of the rest. After that I'd say Skulls, Pike, PiLam. The others (Alpha Sig, DKE, etc.) are basically irrelevant but Alpha Sig apparently got a house so they may be somewhat relevant shortly.

Pike def on top. They know how to throw it down. Friendly guys and surprisingly hot for being unhoused. Although they are unhoused, they have a new apartment complex w a cool courtyard and parties have been sick.

Sammy way above and phi psi maybe a tier above since they get their house back next year. other than that Pike, Pilam, SKulls, Delta Sig, Alpha Sig ect.

Sammy way above the rest, they pair with some top sororities. Other than that you got in order; skulls, pike, pilam, alpha sig (they got a house but I mean cmon lol), then delta sig.

Idk about the bottom 2 but skulls pike and pilam pair with dphie, sdt, asa, tpa, sk, and agd,

ranking would be phi psi, skulls, pike, pilam, alpha sig, delta sig. phi psi will sometimes pair with sororities like ADPi, AGD, SDT, and AOPi.
