how is sammy still relevant

No offense to Sammy at all. I’m just confused as to how they don’t even have a house but they still get decent pairs... I feel like they should’ve been on the decline awhile ago

They all still live together and can still have parties like any other frat. And they have a roof not a court yard but close enough. Also who wouldn’t have a good time on a roof by the strip of bars and good food places.

sammy shows you can still be a good house even if youre unhoused they just doing it right, other unhoused frats could learn a lesson or two

part of it too is the history of the chapter, Sammy has no trouble with recruitment, which allows them to stay relevant. Other unhoused chapters, especially the smaller ones, struggle to recruit and have to be a lot more open with the guys that they give bids to.
