Middle: Zeta (on probo, might be kicked off), Theta, KD, AEPhi, AOPi, Phi Mu, AxiD, AGD, DG
Lower Middle: SK (will be unhoused next fall), ADPi, SDT, DphiE
Bottom: TPA, ASA

I love how whenever someone writes something other than a slam about a chapter, the OP has to be from that chapter. That's awful. Can't someone have positive thoughts about a chapter other than their own? That's so ridiculous. I know that I could honestly be happy in about half of the chapters at IU. At nine party, I could have easily been happy in eight out of the nine. I would have been happy with either of my two pref houses.

DphiE has the worst social calendar, can't get a decent frat to pair, neither can ASA. TPA parties with unhoused fraternities. How's that house working out for them? SK may not have had a Little 5 pair, their social was on the bike team and screwed them, but they do party a lot. They are definitely a tier about the other three.
Move AGD down to lower middle. Move DphiE down to bottom.
