Anyone looking at this site devastated about not having a bid needs to stop feeling sorry for themselves and check out chapters like dphie doing informal!! Grab a couple friends and you can be the change you want to see in any house.

Dphie isn't even the smallest chapter here. Both zeta and dz have less girls and dg only has a handful more but no one ever questions if they'll stay on campus. check yourself

DphiE’s nationals wouldn’t have signed an expensive 5 year lease if they had any doubt about this chapter. Leave them alone. They have never been big at formal recruitment but always distroy the informal game.

If all of the girls who dropped from rush could have received a bid from this sorority, maybe they could have helped build this chapter. Instead, they sit in their dorm rooms crying about why they didn't get a bid.

The process forces you to drop houses from the start, so for many it was too late to reconsider when options became limited or went away all together. In part it's a process problem and in part too many girls care about the rankings, rather than where they met nice people and had a good time.
