I preffed ADPI because I felt all the girls were really chill, funny, and easy to talk to. I'm wondering how are they ranked in terms of tier wise and do they party? What frats do they pair with?

Don't be so worried with tiers. Especially now all is already done with ranking and frats are suspended. Enjoy time with your sisters and you will soon see.

As someone who also preffed ADPi, I hope you’re more concerned about the sisterhood than the tier system.

I'm not concerned with the tier system, I just want to know how they are ranked not a big deal to ask

They are lower middle. They pair with Lambda, DCHI, Pike, Sig Ep, TKE, probably Beta Sig, DU (sometimes) and normally their Little 5 pairs are toss ups because of probations, so they’ve been with SAE and SNU the last two years.
