Just because you have a sister/cousin/friend or whatever in a house does NOT mean you are automatically in that house. Many girls are dropped from houses that their sisters are in. Sure that will help you but I am tired of hearing girls say that they are gonna be in this house because their sister is in it. You girls are in for a reality check.

This is not true at all what house are you in where if a pnm has a biological sister as an active they still get dropped.......

I think this is true for girls who have friends in the sorority. Active cousins or active sisters I have never seen this be the case. Friends honestly don't really mean anything, since it's about the girl in the chapter that talks to your friend. If she didn't like her, it will become a match between keeping her or not.
