seperate rankings for housed/unhoused fraternities

Saw a ranking like this awhile ago and I liked the idea of it, I think adding in the 3 rank system to it would make it better than the 5 rank system.

HOUSED:

Top: Pi Kapps, Beta, ZBT, Sig Chi, Fiji

Middle: Kappa Sig, Phi Delt, Phi Sig, Sig Pi, AEPi, Acacia, SAE

Bottom: DU, Theta Chi, Lambda, DChi, Sig Ep, TKE

UNHOUSED:

Top: Sammy, Skulls, Pike, Pilam

Middle: Delta Sig, AKL, Beta Sig, Alpha Sig

Bottom: Phi Tau, TEP, KDR, DKE

This shouldn't be a thing. DU and Theta Chi aren't top houses by any means but they are clearly better than the other houses in the bottom tier. And same with Sammy- Sammy is an upper mid house and to put them with Skulls and Pilam is just mad disrespect.

DU and Theta Chi could be moved up to the mid tier to fix that.

As for Sammy, I don't think it's wrong to list them with other unhoused organizations, because that's what they are now. Whether you like it or not, Sammy is on its way down. Another two years or so and it will most likely be comparable to Skulls.
