Here are each unhoused chapters numbers for amount of members as of Spring 2017 according to the official Greek organization grade report which you can find easily on google.

The numbers from the grade reports include the seniors' grades who have since graduated and sororities have not taken pledge classes yet.

They're not exactly accurate to the current numbers but they should be a good estimate on which chapters are bigger than others. I would assume that the two sororities and four fraternities that are over 100 on that list would still be significantly larger than all the other fraternities below them.
