what is tridelts nationals doing with their house?

Why didn't they let another organization rent it out? Are TriDelts returning anytime soon?

Alumni sued them to keep the house.

The DDD local housing corp owns the house but is governed by DDD national. There was security assigned to the house after the women were released. So I know the alumnae are not in charge of the house.

Actually in most if not all the housing corp is made up of local alumni that are actual sharholders of the property .Therefore actually the IU chapter alumni Do technically own the house
