how much time does pledging take up?

I know it varies by house but most extreme scenario how many hours a week does pledging take up? Jw how busy my first semester is gonna be (assuming I get a bid lol)

Be prepared for a long pledgeship with lineups everynight it will take up between 3-6 hours a day sometimes longer..

So does pretty much every house at IU have lineups every night? I had a buddy pledge a top tier Fall 16 and he said it was every night for him. And do each of these lineups go deep into the night? How do pledge masters have so many event ideas.
