I know plenty of RAs in greek life, one thing to note however for guys is that pledgeship while being an RA might be difficult.

Yes, but it may cause you to not be as close to people in the house since they will all be living together. Technically, yes it's possibly, but to remain close with people in the chapter you will have to put work in.
