While they are still a great frat right now, they're pledge classes in the fall and spring were fairly small and with their rep of destroying houses, they likely won't ever be on campus again. They'll have great pairs for the next homecoming (g phi) and little 5, but beyond that they likely won't. I'd advise going for a frat that's on campus right now if you truly want to have a good college experience for all 4 years
