What does it take for a sorority vs fraternity to rise in rankings, just crazier parties and more attractive pledge classes ?

What the first guy said...here's why...The quality of greeks lessens so sub par houses look better. Then, when rush happens more quality kids end up in average houses making them better. Quality as in superficial greek quality. Facey, ragers, etc.
