____ is overrated

Sig Chi. <<< Beta and Pi Kapps
Sig Chi is "top tier" because they pair with top tier sororities. This is logical, but Sig Chi doesn't throw down nearly as hard as Beta and Pi Kapps.
Top tier houses won't ever not be top tier unless something radical happens or they get kicked off, but Beta and Pi Kapps are better than Sig Chi.
Btw this is my unbiased opinion, I am in a middle tier house and have nothing against Sig Chi, but 16-17 school year proved they don't party as hard as Beta and Pi Kapps
