why is pike ranked better than skulls?

So I'm a GDI but I know a little bit about frats. As a third party just in this site I see Pike is ranked above skulls but people complain Pike parties in an apartment and that's skulls is getting a house in hgtv? Why is Pike better?

I mean when you have ASA for little 5 you're not doing well. Pike having TPA is a good start

pretty sure they were with tpa for homecoming thats why they didn't pair with them for little 5. Also came in second to pairing with adpi during their discussion for little 5

After this next year they won't be, I can honestly see skulls moving up to tke, dchi range.ask people that go to their parties; they throw down. Pike definitely has some facey kids but parties are lame

Both Skulls and Pikes are USELESS. All they do is self rank themselves on this site 24/7.
