Do most fraternities take any sophomores during fall rush?

Most houses will take a few. People are going to respond saying only bottom houses will take you, but I joined a "top tier" house as a sophomore and didn't know anyone going into rush. Just be confident and use the fact that your a sophomore to help yourself stand out and be remembered.
