ZBT: They've paired very well this semester. Their last pledge class is very well liked. Most consider them top now or at least on the verge of top
Phi Delt: Had a good pledge class.. Very good pairs recently and easily the best upper mid house since kappa sigs been slipping.
Acacia: Obvisouly because of phi psi, but I don't think people expected them to do this well. They have ways to go, but they are on their way

I'm gonna say Pike and I know im going get hate for it but idc. As a girl in a mid tier housed sorority, I find them to be a good mix. Lots of hot athletic guys. Tbh they should be housed soon their recent pledge class is really good

ZBT: Good PC in the fall, good guys, and they pair really well.

Phi Sig: Best darty spot, really fun parties, and great brotherhood.

Phi Delt: Super solid fall and spring PC's. If they re-do their courtyard they will be in a good spot.
