Beta just suffered the same faite as Delts. Hazing allegations just surfaced from the fall pledge class. They have 2 weeks to move everyone out of the house. A new chapter can start bidding

damn, honestly TPA is the only unhoused organization that deserves a house. If BETA's house goes to ASA or DPhiE that would be a shame. Not everyone deserves to be housed.

I just got off the phone with Mr. Theta Pi and he says they are selling their house to build a spaceship and building a house on the moon
