is it harder to get a bid from a frat or sorority?
by: Frat thoughtsIn a frat and have always been curious as to this question. Also what factors go into whether or not to give a bid to a girl in contrast to giving a bid to guys with frats?

Not sure. Being a woman, I don't know much about the frat process. But, recruitment for women is brutal. Seems like the process for guys is more relaxed and gives people a chance to really show themselves. For women, with the rushed timed parties, it is easy to get lost in the crowds. Restrictions on numbers, etc make it hard to get a bid.
