if you actually want to add some positivity you would individually say something nice about each chapter, not just put them into little sub categories..

I don't know girls in every chapter, but I can definitely say something nice about the houses I know.

ASA is really down to earth and genuinely nice.
AXO is really fun, always fun to hang out with.
AGD is a tight knit group, they seem to really care about each other.
Kappa has the prettiest house on campus.
Phi Mu has a lot really nice girls who don't take themselves too seriously.
AOII is well rounded. They have smart girls, social girls, pretty girls, etc.
ADPi has come so far in just a few years: better GPA, good sisterhood.
Gamma Phi is a lot of fun, really social.
SK is new and still enthusiastic about Greek Life.
Chi O is super chill and has their own vibe.

I wouldn't consider SK as having a good 'physical house', it's not their house... their nationals don't own it or manage it. Also, it's not even their house yet so take them off the physical house list.
