I didnt know AGD had a PR team. It wont be finished until next year though. This house doesnt make the chapter THAT much better, I know many girls in the chapter and something about them rubs me the wrong way.

I don't care what you say this new house or renovation or whatever it is is awesome!! We all would want that for our house!!
Looks like it will be move in ready by next school year. Good for them, I admit I'm jealous. Will help them .

I'm not really sure why they're going for a Southern sorority look with the new house. Indiana is cold and snowy...how often is that balcony going to be used?

I also agree with the other posters...a house isn't going to make a chapter so much more popular if the girls in the chapter are off.

You can't be serious that you are trying to rip on a "Balcony".
This new AGD house will be the best looking house on campus, good for them wish it was my house.

It's funny...if you say you like the house you are self posting and if you say don't or make some other comment you are jealous and pathetic.....it's a house we are talking about, a physical structure.

It's Gorgeous. I'm guess the balcony will be used as much as any patio or balcony is used in any home in the Midwest or state of Indiana (that person is a jelous hater above, lolololo going after the balcony and southern style).

It's a beautiful house no matter what and we all wish our own houses were getting a renovation.

This won't hurt them that's for sure and time will tell how much it will influence PNMs. But no matter what it's gorgeous!
