Not smart enough to see where that post was going. If people are going to say that TKE is still a bottom chapter with a good house, then is Sammy still going to be a top chapter without a house?? If Sammy is going to be ranked lower because it doesn't have a house, then TKE should be ranked higher with a house. DUH

The house doesn't make the fraternity kids. Sammy was and is dope because of the guys in Sammy not because of a physical house.

So all other unhoused chapters are automatically at the bottom, but Sammy is still top because it isn't a physical house that matters? Seems like a bit of a double standard

Did you ever go to a 516 TKE party? Still threw down with what little resources they had. Now imagine what they'll be able to do with a real house and budget.
