can anyone list the ranks of sororities/frats based solely on last years PCs

A lot of talk for frat PC's went to ATO Sig chi delts and phi psi. Unfortunately two aren't a thing anymore unless you count the majority of phi psi's PC at acacia

Best sorority PCs were Chi O, Zeta, Pi Phi, AXO, TriDelt, APhi, DZ, GPhi, in about that order

Sammy's last pledge class sucked ass and AEPi was eh, trust me I knew a lot of aepi's. Didn't hear too much about SNU but I'll take your word for it. SAE and theta chi both had killer fall classes so I would put theta chi on the one with SAE. Couple studs in both of their spring classes as well. Phi Delt also did pretty well, surprised to not see them on the list. Also Phi sig's last two pledge classes put them where they're at too. This would be a more accurate representation

The sorority rankings are almost spot on but i would move A phi below Zeta/Tridelt... everything else is so correct! finally someone that actually sees things correctly.

I'm not in Sammy but I will tell you that they did have one of the best PCs this past year. There is no denying that, other wise I agree with most of your ranking except for phi delt. They didn't do well at all

You obviously did not see ALL of Kappa's pledges. There were a couple that dragged down the quality of the whole chapter. Kappa PC below AXiD, KD and DG.

Hahaha I wouldn't put kappa below KD and dg but definitely below AXiD. I want my house to pair with azd cause of their pledge class but historically we haven't really paired with them. A house on the rise

what is important to know is that all of these following houses, most people would all consider to be "good"... after these i will admit there is some sort of "drop off" or what not...

Zeta (a lot will depend upon upcoming rush)

GPhi
Kappa
AXiD
KD

after these include houses like dg and theta, from their it moves to aopi and so on... not very familiar with these comparisons

i think she's confusing overall chapters instead of just this previous recruitment... at least i hope so. Chi O, Zeta, and Tri Delt did so so so so much better than Pi Phi and I'd say just a little better than A Phi

As far as middle lower tier houses DG, AEPhi, Phi Mu, and ADPi had better than usual recruitments
