sammy house back up for grabs?

I heard DPhiE wasn't able to pony up for the house and are out of the running. Has anyone heard who the front runners are?

TKE, PIKE, SK (probably not, but I know they are looking to eventually get on campus) It may be too late for a sizeable group to get on. Wouldn't be surprised if someone didn't sign till Spring 2017 or next fall

TKE or PKA wouldn't surprise me. Is skulls in the running for it as well? I doubt SK nationals would put them in a house so quickly. I don't know if TPA or ASA can afford it and I highly doubt any of the tiny off campus frats can afford it.

This house won't be filled till Fall of 2017. Pike TKE and Skulls will all make a run for it.
