According to the University list of who is in trouble that was published last week, no. Zeta isn't even listed on there for anything

Zeta only has about 65 girls left and they won't be able to afford their house but they still haven't made a final decision

That sounds about right, the seniors graduated and most of the sophomores, the ones who were arrested are gone...so 65 would be close. I don't know how they will afford that without doing COB in the fall and offering bids to girls who will move in.
