if you think kappa sig is even close to Upper Mid your a joke they get dropped by every sorrirty that is somewhat good, zbt kills it harder than them

SigEp's self ranking is real. Even if they are a mid-tier house, they should not be magically in a completely different category from every other fraternity when is comes to ranking. They also have some major issues, such as majority of members not knowing who a bunch of their brothers even are. Every time I ask a SigEp about one of their brothers, they have no idea who I'm talking about. This isn't a fraternity... a housing organization at best.

Why would you move snu down?? I went over there during little 5 after our pairs and had alot more fun at their parties. Snu is on the rise!

Oh and a bunch of good looking guy's in there. So hottt!!!

I agree with fijis rank. You're just not gonna have a good house with just a bunch of boring Indy kids. I also don't agree with sig chi and beta being top tier. This year delts and pikapps killed it

You're not wrong, if they don't get it together in the Fall they really will be screwed, like their last two pledge classes were not great
