Regardless, their numbers are up, they're at almost every other chapter's philanthropy, and I feel like I see them all over the place. Hopefully they actually do get their house soon! Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Indiana University Bloomington - IU 5.0 It is time to clear up some the confusion. The university has said they will be allowing new groups to purchase land for housing after all. Tpa has done very well so far, and they will have housing within the next five years that is just as nice as the other sororities. The same goes for asa.

But they are honestly very rude to other people and houses. They are not very involved around campus and other houses philanthropies. Some of their girls are cute but mostly not.
