They don't have a house and that's why they're bottom tier just like the other unhoused. You're talking tier where I think "meh" is referring to them as a sorority. You don't need a house to have a sisterhood.

They're like a club. They're not a sorority and they look dumb posting all these positive reviews during recruitment.
